## How it started. How it’s going. Three decades of fun.

**1985:** We launched as “Sharper Image Oil and Gas Computer Systems Limited."

A Toronto acquisition program added Datalist and Maxim Group to our family in **2010**.

Things kicked into gear around **1991** (and shortened our name); started growing like crazy.

Calgary launched in **1994** as we actively pursued a Western stronghold.

Compliance and consistency demands led to FloThruTM Contractor Payrolling Service in **2001**.

**2002:** We introduced MatchGuideTM, our proprietary tech platform that's better than ever today.

Hello, Toronto! We opened in Canada’s largest market for IT professionals in **2004**.

**2005:** 1st President’s Club trip for top performers. Highlights: Rome, Hawaii, Chennai, Iceland.

We created the Chennai Tech Centre in **2006** to support scalability of core applications.

**2014:** The Toronto market kept on growing with the addition of Nexstaff and Redwood Global.

**Also in 2014,** our industry-leading training curriculum emerged: a transformational development.

For more accountability and scalability, S.i. Systems introduced Scaling Up (Gazelles) in **2015**.

**2018:** A seminal step in our growth came with a majority investment from Quad C.

The road to specialization continued with the launch of the cyber security practice in **2020**.

**2021:** The acquisition of culturally similar Annex Consulting Group expanded operations in Vancouver.

Global disruption didn’t stop us from growing 10% in **2021** while keeping employees remote and safe.

Our **2021** hybrid work model (2 days in/3 days out) is solidified as our team continues to grow.

The **2022** acquisition of Eagle Professional Resources makes us the largest Canadian IT staffing agency.

Another **2022** acquisition, of xiBOSS Corporation, creates larger centers of excellence for financial and tech clients.
